PA requirement for new and renewal license

    According to NCCAOM this will fall under the Safety requirement. You will probably need to request a copy of your completion certificate from the course to send to NCCAOM.

    Update on this CEU. NCCAOM will award you 3 PDA's for this course with your next diplomate renewal!

    Current NCCAOM policy is to accept any course that your state board requires for your state license renewal.

    As of January 2015 all new health-related licensees are required to complete 3 hours of DHS-approved training in child abuse recognition and reporting  requirements as a condition of licensure. All applying for renewal of license are required to complete at least 2 hours of board-approved continuing education.
